These General Terms and Conditions contain general provisions concerning the Service, which InfraLabs.net provides to Customer.
Article 1. Definition of used terminology
In these General Terms and Conditions, the following terms should be understood as defined herewith.
- InfraLabs.net: InfraLabs.net privacy hosting provider
- Website of InfraLabs.net: the website of InfraLabs.net, available via https://InfraLabs.net
- General Terms and Conditions: the provisions in the present document
- Customer: the natural or legal person whom InfraLabs.net provides services to
- Subscription: the Agreement where one or more parties bind themselves for a certain period of time to provide services (such as a hosting agreement for 24 month)
- Services: the products and/or services that InfraLabs.net provides to the Customer
- Agreement: any agreement between InfraLabs.net and Customer on the basis of which InfraLabs.net delivers Services to Customer
- WHMCS: the portal where all communication between Customer and InfraLabs.net will take place
- Term: Agreement is valid from the date InfraLabs.net receives the order and payment from Customer
Article 2. Changes to the service
InfraLabs.net is entitled to fully or partially change the Service’s scope and content due to changed circumstances outside of InfraLabs.net control. If reasonably possible, InfraLabs.net shall inform the Customer of the change at least one month before the effective date of the change. This information will be conveyed by email to the email address provided by Customer in Customer Portal.
Article 3. Improper use of the Service
Customer is obligated to comply with InfraLabs.net’s rules. This means that the Customer is obligated to ensure that the Service is not used improperly. Improper use of the Service is defined as:
- Publishing or dissemination of information that can be considered illegal or that is intended for committing illegal activities, as well as encouraging or enabling any illegal acts.
- Mass calls or unsolicited mass mailing (spamming).
- Participation in an activity that causes service interruption (distributed denial of service, hacks, botnets, spoofing, etc).
- Publishing or dissemination of underage nudity or bestiality pornography or helping others find such materials.
- Facilitating the sale of illegal pharmaceutics/substances, including steroids and drugs.
- Facilitating the sale of replicas or copyrighted material.
Any action that creates inconvenience for InfraLabs.net. - Publishing or dissemination of anything that promotes violence or hatred towards a specific race, ethnicity, or group.
- Anything associated with hacks or cheats.
- Publishing or dissemination of anything related to terrorist or terrorist-related information.
- Anything which violates international and local laws.
- Anything related to High-Risk Applications.
- Anything related to malware, viruses, or spyware.
Article 4. Consequences
InfraLabs.net is entitled to shut down the Service in the event that the Customer does not follow InfraLabs.net’s General Terms and Conditions. In this case, shutting down services will be done without notification and without the possibility of a refund.
Article 5. Billing Procedures
InfraLabs.net shall invoice the payable amounts to the Customer. All Services are pre-paid. If no payment is done before the due date stated in Customer Portal, the service will be terminated and full ownership will be released back to InfraLabs.net. After payment, cancellation of Services is no longer possible.
Article 6. End of Agreement
The customer is entitled to terminate the Agreement. Notice of termination must be made, on time, in the Customer Portal. Unless stated or agreed upon separately the cancellation period is two weeks / 14 days. This means that if the service is not canceled on time an invoice will be generated. This invoice must be paid. We have the right to suspend all services if any overdue invoice remains unpaid. There is no possibility of a refund.
