IP Reputation and Abuse Policy

Customers must keep assigned IP addresses and network resources free from abuse and blacklisting.

1. Clean IP requirement

IP addresses may not be used for spam, phishing, malware, fraud, unauthorized scanning, criminal activity or other conduct that can lead to complaints or blacklisting. Customers are responsible for monitoring their systems, users and downstream customers.

2. Incident response

When an abuse report or blacklist notice is forwarded, the customer must acknowledge it as soon as possible and take effective corrective action within 24 hours, unless a shorter period is required due to the severity of the incident.

3. Information required

The customer must provide sufficient information to demonstrate that the source of the incident has been identified, contained and resolved. InfraLabs.net may request logs, configuration details or proof of remediation.

4. Suspension or revocation

InfraLabs.net may temporarily suspend services during an investigation or revoke IP resources after repeated, severe or unresolved abuse. No refund is provided where suspension or revocation results from misuse or failure to respond.

5. Remediation costs

Investigation, remediation or reputation-recovery work may be charged separately where misuse causes significant operational work or external costs. Any applicable fee will be communicated before or during the remediation process where circumstances allow.

6. Abuse contact

Abuse-related communication should be sent to [email protected].
