General Terms and Conditions

Draft policy: These terms should be reviewed and completed with the official legal entity, address, registration details, governing law and final cancellation terms before publication.

1. Orders and acceptance

Orders and inquiries must be submitted by email. Sending a request does not create an obligation for InfraLabs.net to supply the requested service. InfraLabs.net may request identification, company details, intended-use information and technical or network information before accepting an order.

2. Service delivery

A service is provided only after the order has been accepted and the required payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Availability and delivery times may depend on suppliers, network resources and required verification.

3. Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for all use of the service and must comply with applicable law, these terms, the Prohibited Services Policy and the IP & Abuse Policy. The customer must maintain adequate security and respond promptly to abuse or security reports.

4. Billing and payment

Services are prepaid according to the billing period stated on the relevant product page, quotation or invoice. Setup fees and other one-time charges are payable in advance. Payments are generally non-refundable after an order has been accepted and provisioning has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Suspension and termination

InfraLabs.net may suspend or terminate services in case of non-payment, prohibited activity, unresolved abuse, security risk, blacklisting or material breach of these terms. No refund is due for suspension or termination caused by the customer’s breach.

6. Changes and availability

Technical details, locations and service implementations may change where reasonably necessary because of supplier changes, security requirements, registry requirements or network conditions.

7. Communication

Official orders, cancellations and support requests must be sent to [email protected]. The customer is responsible for maintaining a working email address.
