Prohibited Services and Activities

Privacy does not remove the requirement to use services lawfully and responsibly. Activities that endanger the network, its reputation, suppliers or other users are not permitted.

Prohibited activities

• Spam, unsolicited bulk email and message abuse.
• Phishing, credential theft, fraud or impersonation.
• Malware, viruses, spyware, exploit distribution or command-and-control infrastructure.
• Botnets, open proxies or services intended to conceal abusive activity.
• DDoS attacks, unauthorized stress testing or disruption of third-party services.
• Port scanning or IP scanning without documented authorization.
• Illegal, deceptive or criminal activity.
• Cryptocurrency mining or continuous excessive resource use that affects other users.
• Tor relay or Tor exit-node operation unless explicitly approved in writing.
• Activity likely to cause blacklisting of InfraLabs.net IP space or networks.
• Content or activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Enforcement

InfraLabs.net may immediately suspend or terminate one or more services when delay could cause damage, blacklisting, legal exposure, security risk or disruption. Services terminated for prohibited use are not eligible for a refund.

Port restrictions

Certain ports, including outbound TCP port 25, may be blocked by default. A review may be requested by email, but approval is not guaranteed and additional verification may be required.

Resellers

Resellers and hosting companies must identify themselves during onboarding and remain responsible for the conduct of their customers and users.
